Perky Luxe uses Australia Post as our carrier due to their affordability and nation wide coverage. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over $150 Standard shipping may take 2-10 days depending on your location. Shipping may take longer over peak periods or to remote locations. This is beyond our control. Orders are packed and shipped the same or next business day. This can be delayed in peak periods and public holidays.

Any returns need to be shipped within 14 days of receipt, and received by us within 30 days of your order via return post Items must: - Have not been used or worn - Have no pulled threads - Are not soiled or damaged, or absorbed dog smells - Have its original tags attached - Are returned in their original undamaged packaging - Were not received as a prior exchange  - Pet Toys, Bowls and placemats are not returnable - Sale items are not returnable Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you are shipping items with a value of over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items. All of our suppliers products are made from high quality materials, however they are not indestructible. We guarantee our pet wear and accessories at the time of purchase against material defects and workmanship.
